Paul brings over 32 years of earthmoving experience to his role which includes estimating, project management and business administration responsibilities.
Paul has project managed a range of projects that involve, but are not limited to, maintenance, bulk excavation, car park and road construction, rail works, cartage contracting, contaminated spoil remediation, demolition, services placement and machine placement/coordination.
His role as Managing Director does not limit his active involvement in the management of projects and overseeing key projects for Davison Earthmovers. Paul’s commitment to the evolution and professionalism of the earthmoving industry sees him strongly involved in the Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) holding a board position of S.A. President (2017- October 2021). He has also been National CCF board member since 2018.

Len’s training as Civil Engineer and previous experience within the SA Construction Industry have provided him with a diverse range of knowledge associated with both civil contracting and business management complimented by an MBA.

Paul has worked on a number of larger projects both with Davison Earthmovers and also prior to his employment with the company through employment with York Civil and Cook Constructions.
His experience through involvement with technically difficult projects including construction of bridge works and projects requiring maintenance of traffic flow provide valuable experience and depth to the company’s operational capability.
Paul’s experience and knowledge allows him to mentor and oversee the companies construction activities on site to ensure work is completed on time, to budget and to the high levels of quality expected by the business.

Michael brings over 25 years of earthmoving experience in both project management and various hands on roles within the business. Michael’s practical construction knowledge allows for a no fuss confident approach to tackling difficult project scenarios in a controlled and cost effective manner.

Bernard has a background of over 27 years in the industrial sector with the last 18 years focused on Quality, Safety and Environmental management.
Bernard has been exposed to numerous Quality, Safety and Environmental systems covering various workplaces with high-risk environments (notably manufacturing).
With his years of WHS experience, leadership and training, Bernard is organised and practical taking a very hands-on, proactive approach to his role as QSE Manager of Davison Earthmovers. He is often in the field, listening and talking with employees and clients alike, helping promote a positive safety culture.
B.Civil and Structural Engineering (Honours) – The University of Adelaide
Stephen commenced with Davison Earthmovers in October, 2019 after completing his first 5 years on-site as a Project Engineer with a “hands-on” approach.
In a short period Stephen has gained experience in road and carpark construction, stormwater, bulk excavation, commercial developments and subdivisions.
His knowledge acquired on-site combined with this technical engineering skill ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time and in budget with no compromise to delivering a high quality product.

Creation & management of various QA forms including ITPs, compaction test plans, etc. Applying the forementioned to DIT sites which require a high degree of QA compliance.
Liaising with the Project Managers and assisting as required.

Elizabeth joined Davison Earthmovers in 2021 as a graduate engineer into a new role incorporating the collection and maintenance of quality data from all of our sites. Elizabeth has quickly become an intergral part of the business displaying exceptional attention to detail.
B.Engineering – Civil Project Management (Honours) – University of South Australia
Heath commenced with Davison Earthmovers in May, 2022 bringing over 20 years of Civil Engineering experience. His work history incorporates a wide variety of infrastructure projects in both technical and civil engineering roles extending to both the public and private sectors.
His experience includes working on major road projects, stormwater, pavement rehab, concrete, sub-division and mine infrastructure.
With Heath’s wealth of experience and knowledge he is able to effectively manage clients and stakeholders expectations whilst delivering projects within budget and time-frame.

Duncan graduated University in 2015. In his 3+ years since graduation he has quickly proved himself in a variety of roles, including Estimator, Project Engineer and Site Engineer. He joined Davison Earthmovers in November 2018 as an Estimator and since then he strives to provide competitive prices to all work that comes his way.
He has a broad technical engineering knowledge in civil and geotechnical fields as well as practical experience relating to earthmoving activities.

Himanshu is responsible for Quantity Takeoff for the company utilising the Maxwell Systems software.
Himanshu hosts over 25 years of work experience in the Construction Industry.
Pre his arrival in Australia in 2006, Himanshu’s career includes working in India as a Site Manager for high-rise residential projects and in the Kingdom of Bahrain as a Project Engineer for a variety of residential and commercial builds. He is a thorough, knowledgeable and detailed employee providing accurate electronic based quantity measurements and documentation assessment at the time of tender.

Warren brings over 20 years of mechanical and operational management experience learnt from a number of industries in the mechanical, logistics and construction fields. He has a sound knowledge and understanding of machinery with a keen eye for diagnosing and resolving difficult mechanical and engineering related issues.
Warren’s role is a key element of the business’s operations, managing the workhorses of the company (our plant and machinery), including coordinating the efficient delivery of fuel to multiple plants on multiple sites on an as required basis.
