Description:	Stage 1 Civil works package for the new Mount Barker Regional Sports Hub.
Duration:	10 months. Due for completion DEC 2020.
Scope of works:	Pavement preparation of two full sized FFSA soccer fields. 28,000m2 of roadway and footpath pavement construction, including double coat spray seal surfacing Building pad's construction work. 2km of stormwater infrastructure and 700m2 of grated drains installation. 2.6km of concrete kerbing. Installation of long spanning Precast Concrete Retaining Wall. Springs Road widening and new lane construction on a DPTI road.

Description:	Warehouse with asphalt carpark, loading dock and heavy duty concrete pavement.
Duration:	Commenced SEP 2020 - in progress
Scope of works:	Site amenities including cattle grid. Site clearing (strip & stockpile vegetation) and soil remediation. Building pad preparation, LD Asphalt preparation, LD & HD Concrete preparation. Backfill loading dock. Concrete kerbing, line-marking and wheel stops for carpark area. Trim landscaping areas.
